…The link between the cliff and facilities by the lake stimulated us. This intention is to strengthen it by design means. A high wall extends out into the lake a draws one’s eye from a wooden landing stage to the cliff: “The Way on the Mountain”. A low wall for sitting on is located at the entrance to the north. The paved area beneath the horse chestnut trees opens into the lake in a curve, the movement to the landing stage is perceived.

Shrubs are to be planted to form the rear of the layout. Mooring facilities on the new landing stage will allow visits with boats.
At the end, a balustrade designed specially for the purpose, which is repeated above on the old Axen Road, marks the relationship to the historic structure on the cliff: ” The Journey of Thoughts”…
