“…Unaffected, but powerful and sophisticated work, in which the landscape of Töölönlahti Bay is planned in a commendable and skillful fashion. The proposal approaches genius in its simplicity; the landscape-architectural elements are reactions to the conditions prevailing in the area: the process is not bound to a certain form, even though the precise geometry is a result of it. The work is arresting in its quiet poetry. The proposal is conceptual but at the same time easily feasible to implement, and it can be adapted easily to the constriction and planning being advanced for the area. The proposal is based on considered topographic forms, on rows of leafy trees that enclose spaces and which are landscape architecture in all its simplicity…”
